Learning happens best when we provide frequent opportunities for reflection and feedback. Dr. Hunsberger has firsthand experience in both the elementary and secondary levels. Through on-going reflection and shared leadership, her team gathers data and assesses growth regularly to improve the work of character in schools. The character journey requires collective responsibility, a strong leadership team, and a shared vision for building a culture of character. She hopes to provide tools to build systems of reflection in your school.
