Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, check-in, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) ask three questions: 1) What do we want our students to know? 2) How will we know if they have learned?  3) What will we do if they haven’t learned?  These questions are critical to character education, yet they are often ignored.  Creating Strategic, Measurable, Attainable, Results-oriented, Time-bound (S.M.A.R.T.) goals are what make character education initiatives successful.  Using the PRIMED model, you will learn what to focus on and how to develop measurable goals to ensure your character education initiative is effective.
